According to Pagasa’s 4 a.m. bulletin, Batanes and the Babuyan Islands can expect cloudy skies with rains as a result of the northeast monsoon. Additionally, the Ilocos and Cordillera regions, as well as the rest of the Cagayan Valley, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the same weather system.
On the other hand, the Bicol region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon can anticipate partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms throughout the day.
In terms of wind and sea conditions, Luzon and the eastern sections of the Visayas will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas. The rest of the archipelago, however, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
For those planning their day, here are the expected temperature ranges in key cities across the Philippines: Metro Manila will have temperatures ranging from 23°C to 31°C, Baguio City from 17°C to 26°C, Laoag City from 24°C to 32°C, Legazpi City from 25°C to 29°C, Metro Cebu from 25°C to 31°C, Puerto Princesa City from 27°C to 32°C, and Metro Davao from 25°C to 33°C.
