The Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Communications Affairs, Fahd Al-Shoula, has recently issued a ministerial decision to establish a fact-finding committee. This will be done in accordance with the legal opinion issued by the Fatwa and Legislation Department, which confirms the municipality’s right to take necessary measures against the company.
