The Ministry of Education in Kuwait is taking steps to enhance promotion opportunities for its deserving employees. Dr. Adel Al-Mana, the Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has personally addressed the head of the Civil Service Commission regarding this matter. It has been observed that the current 10% allocation has resulted in many deserving employees being denied promotions. Annually, around 10,000 individuals are eligible for promotion, but only 3,000 actually receive them.

To address this issue, Minister Al-Mana, along with Acting Undersecretary Anwar Al-Hamdan and administrative sector officials in the Ministry, are actively working towards achieving the desired changes.
