Manila Roads Closed for 7/11 Run 2024

The Manila City government has announced that several roads will be closed starting Saturday night to accommodate the 7/11 Run 2024. This event, which will begin at 10 p.m. and end at 8 a.m. on Sunday, will bring together runners from all over the city.

Motorists are advised to take note of the affected roads and plan their routes accordingly. The following roads will be closed during the event:

  • Bonifacio Drive from Anda Circle to Katigbak Drive
  • Katigbak Drive and South Drive
  • Roxas Boulevard from Katigbak Drive to Quirino Avenue
  • Maria Orosa Street from General Luna (Gate) to Kalaw Avenue
  • Finance Road from Padre Burgos Avenue to Taft Avenue
  • East and West bound lane of P. Burgos from Taft Avenue to Roxas Boulevard
  • Muralla Street from Sta. Lucia Street to General Luna Street
  • Binondo-Intramuros bridge from Muelle de la Industria to A. Soriano Avenue
  • General Luna Street from Muralla Street to Real Street
  • Real Street from Sta. Lucia to Solana Street
  • Victoria Street from General Luna Street to Solana Street
  • Solana Street from Victoria Street to A. Soriano Avenue

To minimize inconvenience, the Manila City government has provided alternative routes for motorists:

For vehicles coming from Delpan Bridge, it is advised to make a turn at Anda Circle and proceed to the northbound lane of Mel Lopez Boulevard to Capulong or C-3, depending on the destination.

If you are traveling on the northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard from Pasay AOR, you should turn right to Quirino Avenue to reach your destination.

For those coming from Maria Orosa Street and heading to Padre Burgos Street, it is recommended to turn right or left to Kalaw Avenue and proceed to the desired destination.

Motorists traveling on A. Mabini Street should also turn right or left to Kalaw Avenue to reach their destination.

If you are coming from Ayala Boulevard and headed to Finance Road, it is advised to turn left or right to Taft Avenue and proceed to your destination.

For vehicles traveling southbound from Jones, McArthur, and Quezon Bridge and heading to Padre Burgos Avenue, it is recommended to go straight to Lagusnilad and continue on Taft Avenue to reach the desired destination.

If you are planning to cross the Binondo-Intramuros bridge, you should go straight to Muelle de Industria and proceed to your destination.

Lastly, for vehicles traveling westbound on Kalaw Avenue, it is advised to turn left to M.H. del Pilar Street to reach the desired destination.

Motorists are encouraged to plan their routes in advance and allow for extra travel time to avoid any inconvenience caused by the road closures. The Manila City government appreciates the cooperation of the public in ensuring the smooth flow of the 7/11 Run 2024 event.
