MANILA, Philippines: Starting today, Wednesday, and continuing until Thursday, certain areas in Manila will experience power interruption. This is due to the ongoing line restoration works being carried out by the Manila Electric Company (Meralco).
The affected areas include Hermosa Street, from San Juan Street to Javier Street, as well as Benita, Tomas, Patricia, Guillermo, Ricardo, and Clemente Streets in Tondo.
On Thursday, the following areas will experience power interruption during specific timeframes:
From 12:01 a.m. to 6 a.m. (Circuits Sta. Mesa 41F and 44F)
- Part of Magsaysay Boulevard, starting from Sociego Street and including JustRight Healthcare Inc.
- Part of Magsaysay Boulevard, starting from V. Mapa and including Sta. Mesa Mart and Mercury Drug in Sta. Table.
From 5:30 a.m. to 6 a.m. (Circuits Sta. Mesa 41F and 44F)
- Part of Victorino Mapa Street, starting from Magsaysay Boulevard and extending along Peralta Street.
- Part of Road 2, including Road 4, Baldovino, P. Hintoloro, and Buenviaje Streets, as well as Hotel Sogo.
- Part of Old Sta. Mesa Street, from V. Mapa to San Juan Bridge.
- Part of Damka Street, starting from Old Sta. Mesa Street and including Cadena de Amor, Ilang-Ilang, Rosal, Rosal Exit, San Lorenzo Ruiz, San Martin, San Roque, Sto. Niño, and Valenzuela Street in the NHA Compound.
- Part of Santol Street, starting from L. Roces Street and including Escoda, Vallejo, B. Tuazon, R. D. Santos, L. Roces, and Doña Maria Street in Sampaloc.
From 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Circuit North Port 48H)
- Part of Tomas Mapua and Anacleto Streets, starting from Old Antipolo and extending to Herrera Street.
- Part of Rizal Avenue, starting from Old Antipolo Street and extending to Yuseco Street.
- Part of Laguna and Yuseco Streets, starting from Rizal Avenue and extending to T. Mapua Street.
- Part of Lorenzo Street, starting from Rizal Avenue and extending to Makata Street.
