She served at the ADB from 2002 to 2021, holding various positions including senior financial analyst, credit review officer, and regional cooperation and operations coordination division director.
Andrew Jerome Gan, another director of the Maharlika Investment Corp., obtained his finance and business economics degrees from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, USA, in 1985. He pursued further studies in public policy and management at the School of Oriental and Asian Studies. Gan’s diverse educational background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape.
German Lichauco, a graduate of De La Salle University and Ateneo de Manila University, brings his expertise in law to the board of directors. With a Juris Doctor degree, Lichauco has an extensive legal background. He has held positions as director for Vehicle Inspection Management Solutions in various corporations, including Hackeye 2020 Corp. and Sharp Philippines Corp. Additionally, Lichauco has served as a corporate secretary for esteemed institutions such as the Computerized Imaging Institute of the Makati Medical Center Foundation Inc., the Medical Doctors Inc., and the Soho Central Condominium. His experience in corporate governance and legal matters will be valuable to the Maharlika Investment Corp.
Roman Felipe Reyes, the final director of the corporation, has a strong educational foundation. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from San Beda College in 1972 and pursued a Master of Business Administration-Finance degree at the University of Detroit, Michigan, graduating in 1975. Reyes has worked in supervisory roles, showcasing his leadership abilities and financial acumen.
