This visa category is designed to enable employers or proprietors in the Philippines to hire foreign nationals who possess specialized skills, qualifications, and experience that may be lacking among the local workforce.
To obtain a pre-arranged employee visa, a foreign national must ensure that they have been hired by a Philippine-based company. The company then acts as the petitioner, submitting the visa application on behalf of the employee, as per the guidelines provided by the BI.
