MANILA, Philippines: The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has once again solidified its position as the most approved and trusted government agency in the country, according to the PAHAYAG End of Year survey.
With an impressive 77 percent approval rating and a notable 61 percent trust level, TESDA has garnered the highest level of public support and confidence among all government agencies. Coming in closely behind TESDA is the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), which received a commendable 72 percent approval rating and a 59 percent trust rating. The PAHAYAG End of Year survey, conducted by PUBLiCUS Asia Inc. from November 29 to December 04, revealed the following government agencies as the top performers:
- Department of Science and Technology (69 percent)
- Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (68 percent)
- Commission on Higher Education (67 percent)
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (66 percent)
These agencies have consistently demonstrated their dedication to their respective mandates, earning the trust and approval of the Filipino people.
Even though the Department of Education and the Department of Health received slightly lower approval ratings of 64 percent, they still hold a significant level of public support.
